Immediate or Cancel (IOC)
Fills as much as possible immediately against existing book orders. Any unfilled remainder is cancelled and does not rest on the book. Implemented by setting expiration to the current block time plus one block interval — not a dedicated flag, achieved via a short expiration timestamp.
